VESSEL PATHWAY

The inferior petrosal sinus and the sigmoid sinus join to form internal jugular vein  which unites with the subclavian vein to form the brachiocephalic vein.

 Internal Jugular Vein → Brachiocephalic Vein → Superior Vena Cava → Right Atrium
